Digital Marketing Executive Role Summary of Digital Marketing Executive As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will execute and manage our paid media campaigns under the guidance of the Head of Performance Marketing. You will own the day-to-day management of the accounts including budget management, optimisation, creative implementation, audience testing and weekly analysis of the performance of these campaigns. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to activate campaigns in paid search, paid social (Meta/TikTok) and video. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to Affiliate marketing. The Digital Marketing Executive will also work closely with the SEO manager to ensure strategies are collaborative and insights are shared to ensure the total digital performance is put first. Role & Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive Support the Head of Performance by executing the in-platform performance marketing strategy. Key markets, across our performance channels; Google, Meta, TikTok. Build campaigns from scratch and manage existing campaigns including budget allocation based on performance, setup, optimization, creative implementation, analysis and reporting. Participate in the weekly reporting of brand/market performance for each channel, highlighting areas of concern/growth, as well as providing recommendations. Develop and carry out tests across paid media channels; creative, offers, bid strategies and landing pages Analyze platform and analytics data to identify performance trends that can be acted upon Collaborate with the data & CRM teams to maximize the technology that is available; Tealium, Target, Adobe Analytics & GA4 Stay up to date with all of the latest paid media trends and insights within each platform to ensure best practice strategies are applied across all of our performance channels Experience and Skillset for the Digital Marketing Executive position 2 years of experience in a PPC role within an agency or in-house with hands on experience activating and managing Google Ads campaigns for performance outcomes Experience managing Discovery, Display and Video campaigns within Google Ads Experience running Facebook campaigns and an understanding of how to use them. Be willing to learn new platforms and learn how these can be part of the wider strategy. Proficient with Microsoft Excel Highly structured, self-motivated, proactive, positive and inquisitive Team player with a focus on results An entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.
