Customer Services Manager - Norwich - up to £45,000 - Full-time

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team, answering customer and team member questions, setting team goals, monitoring progress, and onboarding and training staff members. Additionally, you'll provide a high-quality customer-focused service to stakeholders, liaising with sales and customers, inputting technical and detailed orders for our production and manufacturing teams, and coordinating with warehouse and office administration teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a dependable individual who takes personal ownership of all aspects of the job. You should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service or administrative support experience in manufacturing, along with the ability to read and understand sales and customer requirements and production requirements.

We're offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on your experience and qualifications for the role. You'll also need to be able to create and implement policies and procedures, prioritize workload to meet production requirements, communicate with relevant parties, and undertake specialized training when required.
