The Leeds office is one of the firm's key international sites in which you'll gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional work and an unrivalled client base that spans multiple continents, including the US, Europe and the Middle East with opportunity to undertake secondments in one of their international offices.As a Corporate Associate, you will work closely with high profile and high-value clients on a range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate finance, shareholder agreements, restructures and securities offerings.
