York based company is currently looking for two 1st Line Support Analysts to join their team on temp to perm basis.
This is a full time hybrid role (2 days WFH/ 3 days in the office after initial full on-site training).
The day rate is up to £155 via an umbrella company for the initial 3 months contract with the possibility to go perm.
About you:You will have excellent communication skills and amazing telephone manner.
You will have previous commercial experience working in a busy environment.
You will be used to being the first point of contact to clients over the phone and email.
You will be a great match if you enjoy providing an excellent customer service and working as a part of larger team.
From a technical perspective you will have experience or working towards qualification in Windows operating system, Office 365, Active Directory and MS Exchange.
