Client Services Manager - Property Investments £25,000 Remote We are currently seeking a talented and driven Client Services Manager to join my client's growing team. This is a remote position that will require the successful candidate to manage the pipeline of property investment projects from conveyancing, planning, refurb and lettings. Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with the investor Regularly updating them on the status of their projects Problem solving Handling and resolving daily issues Managing client expectations. Liaise with external partners ranging from solicitors, contractors, architects, surveyors and lettings agents. Ensure timely completion of all aspects of the project, from purchase to sale or letting. Regularly review project plans and budgets to ensure timely delivery and manage any deviations from the original plan. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders. Requirements: Strong project management skills. Previous property management experience would be advantageous Knowledge of property development would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
