Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions - the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls and partners.
This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton's seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team.
The New Venture Kitchen at Shelter Hall is the only kitchen owned and operated by Sessions. We change the brand and cuisine every couple of months to something new and exciting so life never tastes dull at Sessions!
