BASIC FUNCTION:

The Campaign Activation Managers are responsible for driving campaign co-ordination, activation, and performance monitoring and subsequent results sharing in either Northern Europe or Southern and Central Europe

The Campaign Activation Manager is a new role within the EMEA marketing organization. Based in Chertsey/Staines (UK) the remit is to activate brand aligned programmes and campaigns to create opportunities to engage in multi-channel demand generation for the teams across EMEA. Although this role will operate across multiple countries in EMEA the business language of ADP is English and the requirement for fluent English is essential. But speaking the language of demand is just as important, as is a real hunger to have a measured impact on a global business. This is a new and unique opportunity to reshape the way we grow our business in EMEA and a high visibility opportunity for the right candidate.

Working closely with Growth marketing leaders, Digital marketing teams, Product marketing, and the Brand & Content team, this is a hands-on role that's pivotal to ensure effective activation of the right campaigns to support sales growth targets. This is both a pro-active and reactive role; both delivering new ways to drive demand generation and nurture the prospects into and through our funnel, as well as working alongside each of the growth marketing leaders to ideate cut-through campaigns and leverage the available channels and technology to their fullest. This role will ensure target segment selection is aligned to sales growth opportunity and the co-ordinated messaging and assets used are aligned to current marketing messaging and campaign platforms. This role is about creating co-ordination and integration across the teams to deliver momentum through aligned messaging, accurate data targeting, and effective channel selection and optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will know how to navigate a large, complex software and services business across country borders and internal divides, but you will also understand the urgency and accountability of 'owning the number'. You will have a strong track record across the B2B marketing mix in the support of demand generation and campaign management & execution, and be expert in bringing together different groups of people to deliver growth in both the mid and enterprise market.

You will be a skilled project and process manager with an eager eye for metric measurement and monitoring, yet just at ease when required to roll up your sleeves and get things done and done quickly. Working with our marketing automation, digital, product, content and field teams you will be expected to gather and interpret industry and client data points to efficiently build clear campaigns.

This position reports directly to the ESI Senior Director of Digital Demand, but will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with the wider organisation and marketing teams, in particular the Field marketers for each country and the EMEA Digital Director.
