We are looking for enthusiastic Call Handlers with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project within the financial sector in Cardiff. You will be assisting with inbound calls and email queries and administrative duties. Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday between the operational hours of 8am to 6pm, with alternate Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm. When a Saturday is worked the time is given back in lieu. Shifts will be decided a month in advance so you know in good time which Saturdays you will be required to work. The office is based in Cardiff, and you would be required on site for the first 2 weeks for training and then for 2 days a week after training, and the other 3 days from home.
