Summary

Morgan Hunt are working with a small housing organisation based in South London who are looking for a Building Surveyor on a 3 - 6 month contract.

Responsibilities

Working on a variety of different planned maintenance projects, varying from cyclical works, kitchens and bathrooms, roofs and windows, heating etc.
As a Building Surveyor, you will be required to write detailed specifications.
Carry out site and structural inspections; analysing building defects; determining causes; reporting; and specifying and supervising appropriate action.
Deal with party wall matters.
Manage contractors effectively.

About you

MRICS is highly desirable.
Experience surveying residential properties.
Strong contract management skills.
Ability to write detailed reports and specify works.
Building related qualification/degree or similar.
