Job Title: Broking Manager

Salary: £50,000-£80,000 (potentially more depending on experience)

Location: Loughborough

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Broking Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to new business, setting their KPIs, and monitoring their performance. The other half of the role will involve developing Insurer relationships and running the book in line with the placement strategy.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team dedicated to new business, setting their KPIs, and monitoring their performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with Insurers to drive the business forward.
Run the book in line with the placement strategy to ensure that the business remains profitable.
Identify new opportunities and areas for growth, while maintaining a thorough understanding of the insurance market and its trends.
Attend hospitality events with Insurers to drive and maintain relationships.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to better serve clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in a broking environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
Good experience managing Insurer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
