If the answer is yes, then I am seeking a Senior Revit Technician to join my clients' Building Environments team to operate out of their vibrant London office. This role is suited to a candidate from a Buildings background looking for an opportunity to pursue industry leading designs within a vibrant multi-disciplinary practice. This is an opportunity to join a talented CIBSE award winning team renowned for pushing technical boundaries. You will be involved in interesting projects & have the opportunity to work at the forefront of BIM technology. As my client's new Senior Revit Technician MEP you can expect to be doing the following: Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details with a thorough understanding of the engineering practices behind them. Produce detailed, coordinated service models to high level of detail. Manage the outsourcing processes of mark ups and drawings and take responsibility for controlling the workflow and checking the quality of incoming work. Work closely with project teams to deliver high quality BIM projects to agreed deadlines, as well as managing other technicians to meet their deadlines. Assist in the development of systems and procedures to ensure that the CAD system is used effectively. Provide guidance and advice to design Engineers on the planning and management of advanced Revit techniques. Prepare technical schedules. Assisting in the development of the BIM capability and the appropriate use of emerging modelling technology (e.g. Dynamo) of the building services team.My client can offer you an interesting range of work and an excellent personal challenges and they proudly support hybrid working.
