The Role As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for processing customers orders, certificates and skills cards. Providing customers with the necessary materials, you ll carry out quality checks and accurately record learner details on our online system, Quartz, and upload images for the production of skills cards. Undertaking a range of administrative duties, you ll monitor post, correct paperwork, respond to customer queries and maintain accurate records of stock issued, held and returned. About You To be considered as an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will need: - Experience of working within a customer service environment - Experience of processing orders rapidly and accurately - Experience of operating to quality systems and processes - Knowledge of stock re-ordering approaches and postage and courier processes - Excellent customer service skills - Good organisation skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - IT proficiency - At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 3 / Grade D or above in Maths and English - A full, valid driving licence (and access to your own vehicle due to our office location) Please note, an element of document dispatching may be required for this role.
