This client are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an exciting repairs/maintenance project in central Birmingham. Your role will be site based and working alongside a team of surveyors to ensure that the project is completed on time and to budget.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will already ideally have some experience working on similar projects - refurbishment/maintenance/interiors - as well as being both office and site based. It is important that you are happy working on one project at a time, spending time on site and learning from the client as well as your teammates.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or have a construction related qualification to go alongside your experience.
