You will support the business by assembling electrical units from various components to produce a finished functional electronic system. Some of your duties will include:Operating machines to manipulate metal housings for electrical items (Brake Press, CNC ETC)You will be wiring electrical components and ensure these are fitted exactly as per requirements. Other tasks involve fitting various cables, switches on electronic boards to produce a working electronic systemYou will also carry out soldering of the above itemsBy carrying out these duties you will be completing finished goods such as fire alarms, or other electronic/digital solutionsYou will adhere to KPI's set by your line leader or team manager in order to achieve business targetsCarry out any other reasonable task requested by your line leader or team leaderTHE PERSONYou will be required to work with minimum supervision, adopting a positive and proactive approach to ensure the business achieves it's KPI's and related targets. An excellent attitude is required for this role as there is an opportunity for you to be offered permanent employment.Suitable candidates must have an excellent can-do attitudeThe person will work to set KPI's and other related targets the business may setYou must be willing to undertake any training required for the rolePrevious experience of working shift rotations is desirableYou will demonstrate a good eye for detail and show good manual dexterityExperience working in electrical assembly is advantageous but not essential as training will be providedTHE PACKAGETemp to Perm opportunity with a global business who is a leader in its industryYou will earn £11.98 which will rise again after passing probationary periodDaily 8-hour shifts working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday2 shift weekly rotation of:Mon to Fri 06:00 - 14:00Mon to Fri 14:00 - 22:00
