Job Description

Move-In Manager - Residential Lettings properties

Based at our Bermondsey office, South East London

Basic Salary up to £26,000 per annum, depending on level of experience

This is a full time position Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.00pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5.00pm

Requirements

The main purpose of this role is to assist with the file completion of new tenancies into rental properties, delivering high levels of customer service throughout the process to ensure that the tenant moves into the property with ease and that the landlord is happy and kept informed at each stage.

Duties will include;

  • Production and distribution of documentation to ensure the tenancy file is complete in a timely manner, including references,
  • Ensuring regular communication with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Appointment and monitoring of contractors; organising repair maintenance on behalf of landlords and ensuring property is compliant with legislation
  • Processing of rent holding deposits, security deposits, completion funds and issuing of completion statements and invoices
  • Updating the database with all relevant information to ensure parity throughout the business
  • General office administration including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
  • Carry out any such ad-hoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time and in connection with the above

The ideal candidate would have / be;

  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • A willingness to undertake administrative tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • You should be able to work at fast pace, with accuracy and be capable of dealing with a high volume workload.
