I am recruiting for an accounts admin assistant in the Runcorn area - This is a permanent position.
As an Accounts Administration Assistant you will need to have:
Good organisational skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
Good computer skills
IT skills
Attention to Detail
Have experience working within an Accounts team
Role of an Accounts Administration Assistant:
Purchase invoice processing
Sales invoice processing
Upkeeping information on the accounts/project software
Produce and issue general letters, memos and internal documents.
Compliant document handling and storage, upkeep of internal reference documents
Upkeeping employee data on hr system
Book accommodation for staff
Book training for staff
Validating timesheets and expense claims entering onto software
Answering incoming calls & relaying information
Housekeeping of email inboxes
General admin support to office
